Tennacor has extensive experience supplying custom fabricated items to the oil and gas industry.

Tennacor is involved in every aspect of these custom fabricated items. This includes; design engineering, procurement of materials, pre-fabrication meetings, ensuring applicable approvals are attained and adhered to, on-site testing, third party inspections, adhering to documentation and data requirements, and packing/ shipping of each item.

We provide all custom fabricated items to exacting quality and standards controls. These include but are not limited to; hydro testing, radiography, tagging, material test reports, special coatings, welder procedures, welder qualifications, weld maps, data books etc. Our custom fabricated solutions have included; fire water system piping, flanged & threaded spool pieces, elevated and station monitor intake bases, firewater manifolds, skid packages, above ground hydrants, deluge risers etc.
